AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with R.V. Wagner, for the construction of a paved storm channel in Lynn
Haven & Town and Country Channel Access (Infrastructure Repair) 2000119, in
the City of Hazelwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with R.V. Wagner, Inc. for the construction of a paved storm
channel in Lynn Haven & Town and Country Channel Access (Infrastructure
Repair) 2000119, in the City of Hazelwood, Missouri, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 18th day of September, 2001.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this
ordinance shall provide for a fee not to exceed One Hundred Thirty Thousand
Dollars ($130,000.00), and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions
as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 14, 2001 by the following vote-
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, and J.W. Siscel.
Nays – None.
