AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
Contract Amendment No. 1 with J.B. Consulting to extend the contract whereby
J.B. Consulting will develop and implement a Leadership training program for the
District.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 10935 adopted April 12, 2001, authorized
said contract with J.B. Consulting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into Contract Amendment No. 1 with J.B. Consulting to extend the contract
whereby J.B. Consulting will develop and implement a Leadership training
program for the District.
Section Two. The contract Amendment authorized in Section One of
this ordinance shall provide for a total additional fee not to exceed Fifteen
Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) and shall be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 14, 2001 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, and J.W. Siscel.
Nays – M.G. Reichert.
