AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10’) wide
easement recorded in Deed Book 6548, Page 1356 of the St. Louis County
Records, said easement being in Block 12, part of Lots 3 – 19, Lots 20 – 36,
Block 13 except Lots 37 and 38, Block 25, and parts of vacated Roberts and
Chicago Blvds. and Werremeyer Place 16L411468, 5/14/80 of Elmwood Park,
a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 41
of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten foot (10’) wide easement
recorded in Deed Book 6548, Page 1356 of the St. Louis County Records as
shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat,” and marked
Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
Recorded in Book 13484/Pages 1393-1396
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 14, 2001 by the following vote
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, and J.W.
Siscel.
Nays – None.
