AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of the District
in a fifteen foot (15’) wide easement as recorded in Deed Book 6586, Page 1813
of the St. Louis County Records, said easement being in Lot 21 and Lot 22 of
“The Park at Riverwood Estates,” a subdivision according to the Plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 349, Pages 352 and 353 of the St. Louis County Records,
in the City of Hazelwood, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested that
this District vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby
vacates any right, title or interest that it may have in the subject fifteen (15’)
wide easement as recorded in Deed Book 6586, Page 1813 of The St. Louis
County Records as shown hachured on the attached Exhibit “A” and made a
part hereof, is hereby vacated,
EXCEPTING THEREFROM, the easements established by the plat
of “The Park at Riverwood Estates”, as recorded in Plat Book 349, Pages 352
and 353 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Hazelwood, St. Louis
County, Missouri.

The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 14, 2001 by the following vote
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, and J.W.
Siscel.
Nays – None.
