AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10’) wide easement as
recorded in Deed Book 12284, Page 1027, and an irregular shaped ponding
easement as recorded in Deed book 12284, Page 1024, of the St. Louis County
Records, said easements being in Lot 331 of Portland Grove, a subdivision
according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 349, Pages 58 and 59 of
the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use
for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10’) wide easement as recorded in Deed
Book 12284, Page 1027 and the irregular shaped ponding easement as
recorded in Deed Book 12284, Page 1024 of the St. Louis County Records as
shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked
Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated; EXCEPTING
THEREFORM the easements established by the plat of Portland Grove, as
recorded in Plat Book 349, Pages 58 and 59 of the St. Louis County Records, in
St. Louis County, Missouri.

The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 14, 2001 by the following vote
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, and J.W.
Siscel.
Nays – None.
