AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with Southern Ditching & Excavating Company for the construction of
storm sewers in West Essex and Bryan Storm Sewer (Infrastructure Repair)
2001111, in the City of Kirkwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with Southern Ditching & Excavating Company for the
construction of storm sewers in West Essex and Bryan Storm Sewer
(Infrastructure Repair) 2001111, in the City of Kirkwood, Missouri pursuant to
bids received and opened on the 6th day of November, 2001; said contract shall
provide for a fee not to exceed Thirty-five Thousand Dollars ($35,000.00), and
shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the
Office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 13, 2001 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, J.W. Siscel, and
M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
