AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Twenty-two Thousand
Dollars ($122,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek for engineering services for the final design
of Brown to Argyle Storm Channel (CLD-03) (2000104); and authorizing the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract E-1009 with CDG Engineers,
Architects, Planners, Inc. for the aforesaid engineering services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Twenty-two Thousand Dollars
($122,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek for engineering services for
the final design of Brown to Argyle Storm Channel (CLD-03) (2000104).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into Contract E-1009 with CDG Engineers, Architects, Planners, Inc. for
engineering services for the final design of Brown to Argyle Storm Channel (CLD-
03) (2000104); said contract to be comprised of such terms and conditions as are
approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 13, 2001 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, J.W. Siscel, and
M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
