AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty-five Thousand Dollars
($65,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for a Stormwater User
Charge Study (2002048); and authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
enter into Contract E-1012 with Camp Dresser & McKee, Inc. for the aforesaid
user charge study.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the
obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-five Thousand Dollars ($65,000.00)
is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the District for a Stormwater
User Charge Study (2002048).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
enter into Contract E-1012 with Camp Dresser & McKee, Inc. for a Stormwater
User Charge Study (2002048); said contract to be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.

The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 13, 2001 by the following vote
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, J.W. Siscel,
and M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
