AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of the ten foot (10’) wide
easements recorded in Plat Book 38, pages 8 thru 11, portions of the forty-
three foot (43’) wide easement “D” recorded in Book 8498, page 419, portions of
the twenty-six and one-half foot (26.5’) wide easement “D” and the thirty-one
and one-half foot (31.5’) wide easement “D” as recorded in Survey Record Book
13, page 31, portions of the twenty-six and one-half foot (26.5’) wide easement
“D” as recorded in Deed Book 8594, page 88, portions of the twenty-one and
one-half (21.5’) wide easement “D” as recorded in Survey Record Book 13, page
31, portions of the twenty-one and one-half (21.5’) wide easement “D” as
recorded in Deed Book 8594, page 88, portions of the fifteen foot (15’) wide
easement recorded in Deed Book 8594, page 88, and Survey Record Book 13,
Page 31, portions of the twenty foot (20’) wide easement “D” recorded in Deed
Book 8594, page 88, and Survey Record Book 13, page 31, portions of the
fifteen foot (15’) wide easement “D” as recorded in Survey Record Book 13, page
31, portions of the ten foot (10’) wide easement “D” as recorded in Deed Book
8594, page 88, all easements of the St. Louis City Records. Said easements
being in Tract 25-C and Tract 25-D of “Mill Creek Valley” Survey Record Book
13, page 31, and Lot B of “A Resubdivision of City Block 1949,” a subdivision
according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 68, Page 37 of the St.
Louis City Records in City Block 1949, in the City of St. Louis Missouri
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this District has
no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of the ten foot (10’) wide easements
recorded in Plat Book 38, pages 8 thru 11, the portions of the forty-three foot
(43’) wide easement “D” recorded in Book 8498, page 419, the portions of the
twenty-six and one-half foot (26.5’) wide easement “D” and the thirty-one and
one-half foot (31.5’) wide easement “D” as recorded in Survey Record Book 13,
page 31, the portions of the twenty-six and one-half foot (26.5’) wide easement
“D” as recorded in Deed Book 8594, page 88, the portions of the twenty-one
and one-half (21.5’) wide easement “D” as recorded in Survey Record Book 13,
page 31, the portions of the twenty-one and one-half (21.5’) wide easement “D”
as recorded in Deed Book 8594, page 88, the portions of the fifteen foot (15’)
wide easement recorded in Deed Book 8594, page 88, and Survey Record Book
13, page 31, the portions of the twenty foot (20’) wide easement “D” recorded in
Deed Book 8594, page 88, and Survey Record Book 13, page 31, the portions of
the fifteen foot (15’) wide easement “D” as recorded in Survey Record Book 13,
page 31, the portions of the ten foot (10’) wide easement “D” as recorded in
Deed Book 8594, page 88, all easements of the St. Louis City Records, said
easements being in Tract 25-C and Tract 25-D of “Mill Creek Valley” Survey
Record Book 13, page 31, and Lot B of “A Resubdivision of City Block 1949”, a
subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 68, page 37
of the St. Louis City Records, as shown hachured on the attached “Easement
Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, are hereby
vacated. EXCEPTING THEREFORM the ten foot (10’) wide easement recorded
in Book M1656, page 2731 of the St. Louis City Records in City Block 1949, in
the City of St. Louis, Missouri.

The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 13, 2001 by the following vote
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, A.J. Siscel, and
M.C. Willaims.
