AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with Dirtbusters, Inc. for the relocation and construction of sanitary
sewers in Rockymont Drive Sanitary Relocation (Infrastructure Repair) 2001039,
in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with Dirtbusters, Inc. for the relocation and construction of
sanitary sewers in Rockymont Drive Sanitary Relocation (Infrastructure Repair)
2001039, in St. Louis County, Missouri pursuant to bids received and opened on
the 27TH day of November, 2001; said contract shall provide for a fee not to exceed
One Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars ($110,000.00), and shall be comprised of
such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General
Counsel of the District.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 29, 2002 by the following vote
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, A.J. Soukenik, J.W. Siscel, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward,
and M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
