AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Fifteen
Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) from the Real Property Improvements and
Alterations Fund for additional architectural services for the conceptual design of
MSD Campus Addition, Renovation & Expansion (2001108); and authorizing the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 3 of Contract E-979 with
Christner, Inc. for the aforesaid additional architectural services.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 10910, adopted February 8, 2001,
appropriated the initial funding and authorized said Contract E-979, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Real Property Improvements and Alterations Fund
for additional architectural services for the conceptual design of MSD Campus
Addition, Renovation & Expansion (2001108).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into Amendment No. 3 of Contract E-979 with Christner, Inc. for additional
architectural services for the conceptual design of MSD Campus Addition,
Renovation & Expansion (2001108); said contract amendment to be comprised of
such terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of
the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 29, 2002 by the following vote
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, A.J. Soukenik, J.W. Siscel, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward,
and M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
