AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
Amendment No. 1 of Contract M-591 with O.R. Colan Associates, Inc. for General
Services Agreement (Real Property Acquisition).
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 10865 adopted December 14, 2000,
appropriated the funding for and authorized said Contract M-591.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into Amendment No. 1 of Contract M-591 with O.R. Colan Associates, Inc. for
General Services Agreement (Real Property Acquisition).
Section Two. The contract amendment authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall provide for a total contract fee not to exceed Three Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00), and shall be comprised of such other terms and
conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 29, 2002 by the following vote
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, A.J. Soukenik, J.W. Siscel, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward,
and M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
