AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of various width easements
located in lots 27 and 28 of Clifton Oaks subdivision according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 316, page 48 of the St. Louis County Records, in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portions of subject easements, and this District has no
further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of the various width easements in said
lots 27 and 28 of Clifton Oaks Subdivision as shown hachured on the attached
“Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, are
hereby vacated.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 29, 2002 by the following vote
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, A.J. Soukenik, J.W. Siscel, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward,
and M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
