AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer to subordinate certain rights over portions of an easement owned by
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to St. Louis County, Missouri for the
purpose of operating and maintaining a public roadway known as Saddle
Mount Drive located in the Saddleridge Farm Addition Subdivision, being part
of Lots 3 & 4 of C.M. Hawkins Subdivision in U.S. Survey 403, T43N, R6E, St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the subordination of said rights over said easement
will not interfere with the sewer services provided therein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District does
hereby subordinate certain rights over certain portions of an easement owned
by the District to St. Louis County, Missouri for the purpose of operating and
maintaining a public roadway known as Saddle Mount Drive located in the
Saddleridge Farm Addition Subdivision being part of Lots 3 & 4 of C.M.
Hawkins subdivision in U.S. Survey 403, T43N, R6E, St. Louis County,
Missouri,
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the District an instrument giving
effect to Section One hereof, said instrument to be comprised of such terms
and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the
District.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 29, 2002 by the following vote
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, A.J. Soukenik, J.W. Siscel, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward,
and M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
