AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-1017 with University of Missouri - Rolla
for Engineering Services for Urban Stream Stability Expert System Phase
I (2001035).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District to enter into Contract E-1017 with University of Missouri -
Rolla for engineering services for Engineering Services for Urban Stream
Stability Expert System Phase I (2001035); said contract shall provide for
a fee not to exceed One Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($130,000.00)
to be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the
Office of the General Counsel of the District.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 20, 2002by the following
vote –
Ayes- T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, and J.W.
Siscel.
Nays – None.
