AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with Jefferson Wells International whereby Jefferson Wells
International will audit the overhead charges on District design contracts.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
enter into a contract with Jefferson Wells International whereby Jefferson Wells
International will audit the overhead charges on District design contracts.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this
ordinance shall provide for a total fee not to exceed Forty-two Thousand Seven
Hundred Dollars ($42,700.00), and shall be comprised of such other terms and
conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 27, 2002 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, and C.D. Seward.
Nays – J.W. Siscel.
