AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of
Fenton, Missouri whereby said City will pay to the District a portion of
the Wastewater User Charges of City residents.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement with the
City of Fenton, Missouri whereby said City will pay to the District a
portion of the Wastewater User Charges of City residents.
Section Two. The Intergovernmental Agreement authorized
in Section One of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the
District.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 27, 2002by the following
vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, and J.W.
Siscel.
Nays – None.
