AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10’) wide
easement recorded in Deed Book 8105, Page 524 and in Deed Book
8105, Page 518 of the St. Louis County Records, said easement being in
Lot 20 and Lot 21 respectively, of A.P. Lockwood’s Farm, a subdivision
according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 50 of the
St. Louis County Records in the City of Webster Groves, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District
has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten foot (10’) wide easement
recorded in Deed Book 8105, Page 518 of the St. Louis County Records,
as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat,” and
marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 27, 2002 by the following
vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, and J.W.
Siscel.
Nays – None.
