AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a ten foot (10’) wide
easement, portions of a fifteen foot (15’) wide easement and a portion of a
twenty foot (20’) wide easement, located in Lot 1 and Lot 2 of “One McKnight
Place”, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 261,
Page 32 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of University City, St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portions of the subject easements and this District has no
further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of the ten foot (10’) wide easement, the
portions of the fifteen foot (15’) wide easement and the portion of the twenty
foot (20’) wide easement, located in Lot 1 and Lot 2 of “One McKnight Place,” a
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 261, Page 32 of
the St. Louis County Records, as shown hachured on the attached “Easement
Vacation Plat,” and marked Exhibit “A” Sheet 1 of 2 and Sheet 2 of 2 and made
a part hereof, is hereby vacated EXCEPTING THEREFROM the easements
established by the Easement Plat as recorded in Plat Book 293, Page 39, and
the ten foot (10’) wide easement recorded in Deed Book 12019, Page 2021 thru
2024, the ten foot (10’) wide easement recorded in Deed Book 12019, Page
2025 thru 2029 and the irregular shape easement recorded in Deed Book
13366, Page 1141 thru 1144 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of
University City, St. Louis County, Missouri.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 27, 2002 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, and J.W.
Siscel.
Nays – None.
