AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title, or interest of the District
in a portion of the street right-of-way forty feet (40’) wide known as West
Kingsbury Avenue, formerly Felmlee Avenue is “Boschert’s Add’n to Clayton” a
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 37 of
the St. Louis County Records, in the City of University City, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this District
vacate any right, title, or interest that the District may have in the subject
street right-of-way, and this District has no further use for said street right-of-
way,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby
vacates any right, title, or interest that it may have in the portion of the street
right-of-way forty feet (40’) wide known as West Kingsbury Avenue, formerly
Felmlee Avenue in “Boschert’s Add’n to Clayton”, a subdivision according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 37 of the St. Louis County Records,
as shown hachured on the Right-of-Way Vacation Plat marked Exhibit “A”, and
made a part hereof, EXCEPTING THEREFROM, the easements established by
the plat of “The Gatesworth Addition” according to the plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 347, Pages 410 & 411 of the St. Louis County Records.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 27, 2002 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, and J.W.
Siscel.
Nays – None.
