AN ORDINANCE, vacating a twenty-five foot (25’) wide
ingress/egress roadway, sewer and public utilities easement located in
lots 9 and 10 of C.M. Hawkins subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 30 and Deed Book 7419, Page 2351 of St.
Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The twenty-five foot (25’) wide ingress/egress
roadway, sewer and public utilities easement in lots 9 and 10 of C.M.
Hawkins subdivision as recorded in Deed Book 7419, Page 2351 of St.
Louis County records, in St. Louis County, Missouri as shown hachured
on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and
made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 27, 2002 by the following
vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, and J.W.
Siscel.
Nays – None.
