AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of the existing ten foot
(10’) wide easement located in lots Pt. 5 and 6 in the former Isabelle
Chitwood Estate subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in
Deed Book 6687, page 295 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a ten foot (10’) wide easement in
lots Pt. 5 and 6 in the former Isabelle Chitwood Estate subdivision as
recorded in Deed Book 6687, page 295 of the St. Louis County Records,
St. Louis County, Missouri, as shown hachured on the attached
“Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part
hereof, is hereby vacated.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 27, 2002 by the following
vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, and J.W.
Siscel.
Nays – None.
