AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10’) wide easement recorded
in Deed Book 3982, Page 81 of the St. Louis County Records, and a ten foot
(10’) wide easement to Webster Groves Subdistrict No. 57 (Central Files –
Cabinet G), said easements begin in Reasnor Avenue (45’ wide) Extension, Lot
5 and Lot 6 of Reasnor Place, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 346, Page 570 of the St. Louis County Records, in the
City of Webster Groves, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use
for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10’) wide easement recorded in Deed
Book 3982, Page 81 of the St. Louis County Records and the ten foot (10’) wide
easement to Webster Groves Subdistrict No. 57 (Central Files – Cabinet G), as
shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, as marked Exhibit
“A” and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated EXCEPTING THEREFROM the
easements established by the plat of Reasnor Place, as recorded in Plat Book
346, Page 570 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Webster Groves,
St. Louis County, Missouri.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 11, 2002 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
