AN ORDINANCE, vacating a Twenty-five (25’) wide easement
located in lot 2 of Sunset Hills Industrial Park subdivision according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 194, Page 68 of the St. Louis
County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That portion of the existing Twenty-five (25’)
wide easement in said lot 2 of Sunset Hills Industrial Park as shown
hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit
“A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 11, 2002 by the following
vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, and
M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
