AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with J.W. Bommarito Construction Company, Inc., for the construction of
storm sewers in Breuer Drive to Lindsley Ct. Storm Sewer (Infrastructure Repair)
2000044, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with J.W. Bommarito Construction Company, Inc. for the
construction of storm sewers in Breuer Drive to Lindsley Ct. Storm Sewer
(Infrastructure Repair) 2000044, in St. Louis County, Missouri, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 5th day of April, 2002.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this
ordinance shall provide for a fee not to exceed Seventy Thousand Dollars
($70,000.00), and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are
approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 13, 2002by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, J.W. Siscel, and
M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
