AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of two adjacent ten foot
(10’) wide easements recorded in Plat Book 246, Page 13, of the St. Louis
County Records, said easements being in Adjusted Lot C of Boundary
adjustment Plat of “Lots C and D of ‘Page Office Park’ in U.S. Survey
2966, Township 46 North-Range 6 East, St. Louis County, Missouri” a
boundary adjustment according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 348, Page 196 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of
Overland, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this
District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of the two adjacent ten foot (10’)
wide easements recorded in Plat Book 246, Page 13 of the St. Louis
County Records, as shown hachured on the attached “Easement
Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, are
hereby vacated.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 13, 2002 by the following
vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, J.W.
Siscel, and M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
