AN ORDINANCE, vacating a existing variable width easement
located in Lot 1 of Garden View Care Center subdivision according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 348, page 628 of the St. Louis County
Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District
has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The existing variable width easement in said
Lot 1, Garden View Care Center as shown hachured on the attached
“Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part
hereof, is hereby vacated.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 13, 2002 by the following
vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, J.W.
Siscel, and M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
