AN ORDINANCE, vacating various ten foot (10’) wide and
twenty foot (20’) wide easements located in lot 1 of The Thomas K.
Humphrey’s Estate subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 39, page 77 and also found in Deed Book 2248, page 590 &
Deed Book 8289, page 2322 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District
to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The various ten foot (10’) wide and twenty foot
(20’) wide easements in said Deed Book 2248, page 590 & Deed Book
8289, page 2322, as shown hachured on the attached “Easement
Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby
vacated.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 13, 2002 by the following
vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, J.W.
Siscel, and M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
