HomeMy Public PortalAbout11228O R D I N A N C E NO. 11228 AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10’) wide easement recorded in Deed Book 1674, Page 365; a portion of a ten foot (10’) wide easement recorded in Deed Book 2136, Page 374; a portion of a ten foot (10’) wide easement recorded in Deed Book 2140, Page 115 of the St. Louis County Records, said easements partly in the Right-of-Way of Wildwood Circle Court, a public street being a fifty feet (50’) wide, and partly in Lots 6 and 7; and vacating all of the five foot (5’) wide easement along and adjoining each side of the common line of said Lots 6 and 7 of Sappington Manor, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 350, Page 38 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Crestwood, St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said easements, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The portion of a ten foot (10’) wide easement recorded in Deed Book 1674, Page 365; the portion of a ten foot (10’) wide easement recorded in Deed Book 2136, Page 374; and the portion of a ten foot (10’) wide easement recorded in Deed Book 2140, Page 115; said portions as shown hachured on the attached easement vacation plat marked Exhibit “A”, Sheet 1 of 2; and all of the five foot (5’) wide easement along and adjoining each side of the common line of Lots 6 and 7 of Sappington Manor as established by the subdivision plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 350, Page 38 as shown hachured on the attached easement vacation plat marked Exhibit “A”, Sheet 2 of 2 and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated EXCEPTING THEREFROM all other easements shown in “Sappington Manor”, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 350 Page 38 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Crestwood, St. Louis County, Missouri. The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 13, 2002 by the following vote – Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, J.W. Siscel, and M.C. Williams. Nays – None.
