AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc. for the relocation and construction of
sanitary sewers in Chevron and Paschal Sanitary Replacement (Infrastructure
Repair) 2000096, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc. for the construction of sanitary
sewers in Chevron and Paschal Sanitary Replacement (Infrastructure Repair)
2000096, in St. Louis County, Missouri pursuant to bids received and opened on
the 12th day of April, 2002; said contract shall provide for a fee not to exceed Two
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00), and shall be comprised of such other
terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the
District.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 26, 2002 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, J.W. Siscel, and
M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
