AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract with Schuster Engineering, Inc. for the
construction of storm sewers in Big Bend Road, No. 10929
(Infrastructure Repair) 88016, in the City of Kirkwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District to enter into a contract with Schuster Engineering, Inc. for
the construction of storm sewers in Big Bend Road No. 10929
(Infrastructure Repair) 88016, in the City of Kirkwood, Missouri,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 26th day of April, 2002.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this
ordinance shall provide for a fee not to exceed One Hundred Two
Thousand Dollars ($102,000.00), and shall be comprised of such other
terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General
Counsel.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 26, 2002 by the following
vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, J.W.
Siscel, and M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
Secretary-Treasurer
