AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with J.W. Bommarito Construction Company, Inc., for the construction of
sanitary sewers in Kings Park and Cathedral Sanitary Replacement (Infrastructure
Repair) 2000117, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with J.W. Bommarito Construction Company, Inc. for the
construction of sanitary sewers in Kings Park and Cathedral Sanitary
Replacement (Infrastructure Repair) 2000117, in St. Louis County, Missouri,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 1st day of May, 2002.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this
ordinance shall provide for a fee not to exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars
($100,000.00), and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are
approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 26, 2002 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, J.W. Siscel, and
M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
