AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract amendment with R & R Finish Grading, Inc., for the additional costs in
construction of storm sewers in Kamping Lane Storm Sewer (Infrastructure
Repair) 2001043, in the St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11145, adopted January 29, 2002,
authorized the execution of said contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract amendment with R & R Finish Grading, Inc. for the additional
costs in construction of storm sewers in Kamping Lane Storm Sewer
(Infrastructure Repair) 2001043, in the St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. The contract amendment authorized in Section One of
this ordinance shall provide for an additional fee not to exceed Fourteen Thousand
Dollars ($14,000.00), and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions
as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 26, 2002 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, J.W. Siscel, and
M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
