AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
agreements with Kilpatrick Pettis, Loop Capital Markets, George K. Baum, Siebert
Brandford Shank, Stifel, Nicholas/Edward Jones, and Stern Brothers whereby
Kilpatrick Pettis, Loop Capital Markets, George K. Baum, Siebert Brandford
Shank, Stifel, Nicholas/Edward Jones, and Stern Brothers will serve as co-
managing Bond Underwriters for the District.
WHEREAS, Kilpatrick Pettis, Loop Capital Markets, George K. Baum,
Siebert Brandford Shank, Stifel, Nicholas/Edward Jones, and Stern Brothers
submitted the most favorable proposals to serve as co-managing Bond
Underwriters;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with Kilpatrick Pettis, Loop Capital Markets, George K. Baum,
Siebert Brandford Shank, Stifel, Nicholas/Edward Jones, and Stern Brothers
whereby Kilpatrick Pettis, Loop Capital Markets, George K. Baum, Siebert
Brandford Shank, Stifel, Nicholas/Edward Jones, and Stern Brothers will serve as
co-managing Bond Underwriters for the District.
Section Two. The agreements authorized in Section One of this
ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the
Office of the General Counsel of the District.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 26, 2002 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, J.W. Siscel, and
M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
