AN ORDINANCE, vacating any rights, title or interest of the
District in the alley right-of-way vacated by City of St. Louis Ordinance
59281 (B.B. No. 176), approved October 24, 1984 in City Block 4781-N
in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, to wit: vacated east-west alley fifteen
foot (15’) wide in City Block 4781-N.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this
District vacate any rights, title or interest that the District may have in
the subject vacated alley right-of-way and this District has no further use
for said vacated alley right-of-way;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates any rights, title or interest that it may have in the alley
right-of-way as shown hachured on the “Vacation Plat” marked Exhibit
“A” as attached hereto and made a part hereof.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 26, 2002 by the following
vote-
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, and
M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
