AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10’) wide easement
recorded in Deed Book 7106, Page 155 of the St. Louis County Records,
said easement being in part of Lot 27 of “Mar-El Court Addition No. 2”, a
subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 58,
Page 27 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Ellisville, St. Louis
County, Missouri
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10’) wide easement recorded in
Deed Book 7106, Page 155 of the St. Louis County Records as shown
hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked exhibit
“A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated EXCEPTING THEREFROM
the twenty foot (20’) wide easement as recorded in Deed Book 6319, Page
506 and the twenty foot (20’) wide easement recorded in Deed Book
12284, Page 1098 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of
Ellisville, St. Louis County, Missouri.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 26, 2002 by the following
vote-
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, and
M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
Secretary-Treasurer
