AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10’) wide easement
centered five feet (5’) on each side of the common lot line of Lots 3 and 4
in Block 2 of “Corona Park”, a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 2 of the St. Louis County Records, in the
City of Kirkwood, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10’) wide easement centered five
feet (5’) on each side of the common lot line of Lots 3 and 4 in Block 2 of
“Corona Park”, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 24, Page 2 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of
Kirkwood, St. Louis County, Missouri is hereby vacated, EXCEPTING
THEREFROM the east five feet (5’) of said easement.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 26, 2002 by the following
vote-
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, and
M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
