AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of the twenty foot (20’) wide
easement as recorded in Deed Book 197, Page 293 of the St. Louis County
Records, said easement being in Lot 9, Block 19 of “Tuxedo Park” a subdivision
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 10 of the St. Louis
County Records, in the City of Webster Groves, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The portion of the twenty foot (20’) wide easement as
recorded in Deed Book 197, Page 293 of the St. Louis County Records, as shown
hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and
made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 26, 2002 by the following vote-
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
