AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of the existing 15 foot
(15’w) wide easement located in part of lot 1 of The Subdivision in
Partition of The Schultz Estates, U.S. Survey 124 & 1010 according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 163, pages 58 & 59 of the St. Louis
County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District
has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That a portion of the existing 15 foot wide
easement in said P.B. 163, pages 58 & 59 and as shown hachured on the
attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a
part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 26, 2002 by the following
vote-
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, and
M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
