AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of the existing 5 foot
(5’w) wide easement located in part of lot 9 of Kerryton Place Villas
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 349, page
417 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District
has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That a variable portion of the existing 5 foot
wide easement in said lot 9 of Kerryton Place Villas subdivision as shown
hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit
“A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 26, 2002 by the following
vote-
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, and
M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
Secretary-Treasurer
