AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10’) wide
easement recorded in Deed Book 6557, Page 1906 of the St. Louis
County Records, said easement being in a Part of U.S. Survey 2771,
Township 47 North, Range 7 East in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District
has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10’) wide easement recorded in
Deed Book 6557, Page 1906 of the St. Louis County Records, as shown
hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit
“A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 18, 2002by the following vote
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, M.C. Williams, and
J.W. Siscel.
Nays – None.
