AN ORDINANCE, vacating 2.50 feet (2.5’) of a portion of a ten
foot wide (10’) easement located in August Hill On Conway Plats One &
Two according to the plats thereof recorded in Plat Books 349 and 350,
pages 369 and 118-119 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District
has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The 2.5 feet (2.50’) of a portion of a ten food
(10’) wide easement in said August Hill On Conway Plats One & Two as
shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked
Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 18, 2002 by the following
vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, M.C. Williams, and
J.W. Siscel.
Nays – None.
