AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Six
Million Dollars ($6,000,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be
used toward project costs for outfall sewer construction in Lower Meramec
River WWTP Outfall Sewer (95066M), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11236, adopted June 26, 2002,
appropriated the initial funding and authorized the contract for said project,
and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the
obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Million Dollars ($6,000,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used toward
project costs for outfall sewer construction in Lower Meramec River WWTP
Outfall Sewer (95066M), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 8, 2002 by the following vote-
Ayes – C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, and J.W. Siscel.
Nays – None.
