AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10’) wide easement as
recorded in Deed Book 7366, Page 1923 of the St. Louis County Records,
said easement being in Lot 13A of the “Resubdivision of Lot 13 of
Deerwood Commerce Center” a subdivision according to the plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 209, Page 43 of the St. Louis County Records,
in the City of Maryland Heights, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District
has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10’) wide easement as recorded in
Deed Book 7366, Page 1923 of the St. Louis County Records, as shown
hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit
“A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 8, 2002 by the following
vote-
Ayes – C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, and J.W. Siscel.
Nays – None.
