AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10’) wide easement as
recorded in Deed Book 6531, Page 1350 of the St. Louis County Records,
said easement being in Lot 7, parts of Lot 8 and part of vacated Gay
Avenue, Block 1 of Clayshire, a subdivision according to the plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 38 of the St. Louis County Records, in
the City of Clayton, St. Louis County, Missouri
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District
has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10’) wide easement as recorded in
Deed Book 6531, Page 1350 of the St. Louis County Records, said
easement being in Lot 7, part of lot 8 and part of vacated Gay Avenue,
Block 1 of Clayshire, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 38 of the St. Louis County Records, in the
City of Clayton, St. Louis County, Missouri is hereby vacated.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 8, 2002 by the following
vote-
Ayes – C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, and J.W. Siscel.
Nays – None.
