AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
Contract E-1026 with Camp Dresser & McKee, Inc. for General Services
Agreement (Sewer and Process Design)(2002105).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into Contract E-1026 with Camp Dresser & McKee, Inc. for General Services
Agreement (Sewer and Process Design)(2002105); said contract shall provide for a
fee not to exceed One Hundred Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($125,000.00), and
shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the
Office of the General Counsel of the District.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 8, 2002 by the following vote-
Ayes – C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, and J.W. Siscel.
Nays – None.
