HomeMy Public PortalAbout11322 O R D I N A N C E NO. 11322 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Million Two Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($1,200,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for construction phase
services for the Lower Meramec River WWTP Construction Phase Services (95066A1);
and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 4 of Contract E-
977 with Sverdrup Civil, Inc. for the aforesaid construction phase services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars
($1,200,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for
construction phase services for the Lower Meramec River WWTP Construction Phase
Services (95066A1).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
Amendment No. 4 of Contract E-977 with Sverdrup Civil, Inc. for construction phase
services for the Lower Meramec River WWTP Construction Phase Services (95066A1);
said contract amendment to be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved
by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 12, 2002 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, M.C. Williams, and J.W. Siscel.
Nays – None.
