AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10’) wide
easement centered on the common line between Part of Lot 1 and Part of
Lot 2, the common line between Part of Lot 1 and Lot 40, and the
common line between Part of Lot 2 and Lot 40, in Block 13 of
Marlborough Manor, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 28, Pages 44 and 45 of the St. Louis County
Records, in the Village of Marlborough, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District
has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten foot (10’) wide easement
centered on the common line between Part of Lot 1 and Part of Lot 2, the
common line between Part of Lot 1 and Lot 40, and the common line
between Part of Lot 2 and Lot 40, in Block 13 of Marlborough Manor, a
subdivision according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 28,
Pages 44 and 45 of the St. Louis County Records, as shown hachured on
the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and
made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 12, 2002by the following
vote-
Ayes – C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, M.C. Williams, and
J.W. Siscel.
Nays – None.
