AN ORDINANCE, vacating two (2) five foot (5’w) wide
easements located in lots 12 & 13 of Highland on Conway Plat No. 2 and
shown ten foot (10’w) wide running through lots 30, 31, 32 & 33 of
August Hill on Conway Plat Two according to the plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 350, Page 118 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District
has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The two (2) five foot (5’) wide easements in said
lots 12 & 13 of Highland on Conway Plat No. 2, recorded in P.B. 83, pg.
39 and shown on August Hill on Conway Plat Two, recorded in P.B. 350,
pg. 118 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri
and as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and
marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 12, 2002 by the following
vote-
Ayes – C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, M.C. Williams, and
J.W. Siscel.
Nays – None.
