AN ORDINANCE, vacating a five foot (5’) wide easement
located in lots M-3 and M-5 of Cunningham Industrial Park Plat One
according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 136, Page 38 of the
St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District
has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. A five foot (5’) wide easement in said lots M-3
and M-5 of Cunningham Industrial Park Plat One as shown hachured on
the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and
made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 12, 2002 by the following
vote-
Ayes – C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, M.C. Williams, and
J.W. Siscel.
Nays – None.
Secretary-Treasurer
